Personal (One-on-One) Training (30 or 45 minutes)

Life seems to be is getting more hectic and you are probably very busy with your job, being a parent, studying, etc. This can make it very difficult to find the motivation to find the time for yourself. By regularly using a personal trainer, you will have someone to keep you motivated and accountable to ensure you stay ‘on-track’ with your health and fitness plans.
Eternally Fit will look after your motivation and accountability, so you can look after what is important to you – your health!

One-on-one training can be conducted at your office, your home, or in the great outdoors, at a time which is convenient to you.

Semi-Private Training (30 or 45 minutes)

Eternally Fit offers Semi-Private Training for small groups of 2 or 4 people. You will still receive one-on-one time with our trainers, but your time is shared with 1 or 3 others.

Semi-Private sessions for 2 people can be 30 or 45 minutes.

Semi-Private sessions for 4 people are 45 minutes.

Semi-Private training can be conducted at your office, your home, or in the great outdoors, at a time which is convenient to you.
