Before training with Eternally Fit I was often tired and stressed. I also had lower back pain and was regularly using painkillers to manage it. Life and work would usually come first and my own health would end up at bottom of the list.
Since doing FIRE consistently, two things have changed for me:
- my lower back feels so much better; and
- I’m not longer needing painkillers.
I feel physically stronger, more energetic and mentally more positive than I ever did with other programs.
My advice to anyone considering the program (or just doing FIRE) would be to just start. You do not need to be super fit or perfect. Consistently matter more than perfection and over time you really notice the change not only in your body, but also in your confidence and strength.
