l'm really excited to be working with you. This program will take some discipline and time to learn, and unlike other programs, this will give you the education to keep making good choices long term, meaning you will achieve great results and keep them too!
Your manual and this course is your first point of call. There is a tonne of information contained within them and it can be overwhelming, so just concentrate on doing the weekly tasks set out for you and wrapping your head around one chapter in the manual each week.
Take your time going through all this, we aren’t in a hurry and I understand this is all going to be new to you so there’s no pressure to learn all the manual or get it 100% right straight away. Just take it a step at a time!
When you joined you should have received a welcome email. In that email is a link to the Welcome Kit. Take your time to work through it. It has a list of the sort of things we can expect from each other in order for us to work together effectively to help achieve your goals.
DEXA scans are one of the BEST tools to show improvement in body shape (more muscle, less fat). You should have received your voucher by now so book it in and get it done.
Have a look through the recipes in the cookbook and have a go at cooking some of them. Let me know what you think! Anything that looks tasty, have a go at it.
Start using your Journal to record everything you eat and drink. Yes, it is a pain, but ‘data is king’ and the information the journal contains is a valuable tool to help create accountability, break poor habits (which will de-rail any chances of success), and establish good habits (which will help speed up results).
Don’t try to master and understand all what Metabolic Precision is about (that is, the entire book) in one week. From my experience, getting your head around everything in Metabolic Precision takes one to two years!
This first 12 weeks will be in two phases. Weeks 1-6 is the Construction Phase where you will systematically be given the information, steps, and concepts to construct the sort of metabolism that will burn fat and build muscle. From Week 7 we enter the Contour Phase where we will help contour the skills you learnt in weeks 1-6 to enable you to create a plan that works for you.
Remember to takes things slow so you can absorb what is going on.
