Group Training

Our Group Training sessions are 30 minutes and are designed to increase cardiovascular and muscular endurance, strength, and general fitness. Some sessions are based on teamwork either in small or large groups. Others may be focus on a certain component such as our ‘Abs of Steel’ bootcamp. Others again may get running, jumping, and crawling!

Get In, Go Hard, Go Home

If you do not have the time nowadays to ‘stuff around’ with longer, drawn out exercise classes, then our 30 minute sessions may be just the thing you are looking for. Sessions will be fun, challenging, and competitive, and remember, only 30 minutes!

Don’t Like the Gym?

Studies have proven that outdoor training offers mental benefits along with the physical, plus it doesn’t have ‘that’ smell (if you know what I mean). And remember, there is no such thing as bad weather; just inappropriate clothing!

Will I Be Shouted At?

No, you will not be shouted at directly. However, our trainers will call out instructions and words of encouragement to keep the class motivated so everyone gets the most of their work out. Our trainers are a friendly bunch, and they love a bit of banter, but ultimately they are there for you to achieve your health and fitness goals.
