Metafit is a thirty minute ‘High Intensity Interval Training’ (HIIT) bodyweight class. It is designed to boost your metabolism so you continue to burn calories (yes, those pesky ‘excess energy’ (fat) calories we all have) for up to 24 hours after the session.

Metafit is suitable for all fitness levels and all age groups as all you need to do is put in YOUR maximum effort.

All the exercises are simple, functional, and are easy to follow. Steve (the Master Metafit Coach for NSW) will help you make each exercise harder or easier to ensure you get the maximum benefit from each workout. You will get far greater results in one of our 30 minute sessions than you would in a 60 minutes ‘standard’ cardio class or exercise session.
