What sort of things will you be doing at our ICE classes? Well, have a look:


Metafit is a thirty minute 'High Intensity Interval Training' (HIIT) bodyweight class. It is designed to boost your metabolism so you continue to burn calories (yes, those pesky ‘excess energy’ (fat) calories we all have) for up to 24 hours after the session.


MetaPWR (MetaPower) is a thirty minute circuit class that combines resistance and bodyweight exercises to target and develop strength, power, agility, and cardiovascular efficiency.


MetaPRO takes your training to another level. Most of our MetaPRO classes consist of Speed, Agility & Quickness (SAQ) workouts that will challenge you with functional movement and training drills. Every now and then we will do an ultra high intensity 12-minute workouts that will push you to your absolute max!

Group Training

Our Group Training sessions are 30 minutes and are designed to increase cardiovascular and muscular endurance, strength, and general fitness. Some sessions are based on teamwork either in small or large groups. Others may be an individual effort.

Group Boxing

Our Group Boxing sessions are 30 minutes and are fun, motivating, and empowering. It is also a great calorie burning exercise as it requires explosive movements away from your centre of gravity!

F.I.R.E. - The Body Shaper

F.I.R.E is Focused Intense Resistance Exercise - The Metabolic Precision research-proven system shown in clinical studies to consistently deliver rapid improvements in body shape!
