But Before You Do...

I need to get to know a few things about you so I can get a good idea of who you are and where you are at in terms of your 'training age'.

To ensure you get the most from our session, give me as much detail as possible! The more detail and honesty you give me, the more I can help you.

On the day, we will review the strength of your upper body, your lower body, your core, and your grip. Your results will be compared to men/women of similar weight. What?! Yes, I said weight, because for me, age doesn't come into it (although we may need to adjust a few things due to dodgy knees, backs, shoulders, etc).

Wear light workout clothes, decent footwear, and bring a towel and water bottle.

This is no-obligation session that is intended to help you get started on your strength training journey, or help you 'course-correct' to ensure you are heading in the right direction and not wasting your time.

You will see that these sessions are quite scarce - only 4 opportunities per week, so don't delay in committing to making a better, stronger, healthier you!
